Strawberry Victoria
Classic Victoria sponge filled with homemade strawberry jam & vanilla buttercream. Decorated with white chocolate drip & fresh strawberries
Choc-on-choc
Moist & rich chocolate sponge filled & covered in moreish Belgian chocolate buttercream. Decorated with dark chocolate drip & squares of Lindt chocolate
Lemon dreams
Lemon drizzle sponge layered up with homemade lemon curd & covered in lush lemon buttercream. Finished in pretty yellow ombre & candied lemon slices
Biscoff & vanilla
Biscoff loaded sponge with crushed Lotus biscuits baked in, layered up with extra Biscoff spread & either Biscoff OR vanilla buttercream. Finished with Biscoff drip & a crown of Lotus biscuits
White chocolate & raspberry
Vanilla sponge studded with raspberries, filled with homemade raspberry jam & white chocolate buttercream. Finished with buttercream roses & fresh raspberries
Spiced carrot& walnut
Soft, moist carrot cake packed with flavour – spices, orange, coconut, raisins & walnuts all crammed in. Filled & covered with orange cream cheese frosting. Rustic finish with crushed walnuts & coconut

Chocolate Oreo/Cookies ‘n’ cream
Chocolate OR vanilla Oreo sponge, filled & covered with speckled Oreo buttercream. Finished with a ring of Oreos on a dark chocolate drip
